Zumba is a dance fitness class that is geared toward those 40 and up. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance! The class is backed by a wide range of musical genres, including Latin rhythms, cumbia, dance, funk, and pop.
